Your Key Responsibilities

  • ​Deliver holistic, resident-oriented care in either inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • ​Execute professional nursing duties, including mobility support, personal hygiene, and nutritional assistance.
  • ​Maintain meticulous digital care documentation in accordance with German statutory quality standards (§ 113 / § 75 SGB XI).
  • ​Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to implement our mission of activating and dignified care.
  • ​Contribute to the efficient management of care budgets and support organizational goals.

Your Profile

  • Qualifications: You hold a recognized degree or certificate in Nursing. Experience in geriatric care is a significant plus.
  • Language: You possess a German language certificate (Level B1 minimum; B2 preferred).
  • Mindset: You are empathetic, flexible, and open to innovative nursing concepts and structural improvements.
  • Skills: You demonstrate strong organizational abilities, economic thinking, and a constructive approach to conflict resolution.
