​Your Key Responsibilities

• ​Deliver holistic, resident-oriented care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• ​Perform essential nursing duties, including mobility support, personal hygiene, and nutritional assistance.
• ​Maintain rigorous nursing quality standards in accordance with § 113 and § 75 SGB XI.
• ​Accurately manage care documentation and monitor patient health status.
• ​Collaborate constructively with management to uphold our corporate nursing mission.

​Who We Are Looking For

• ​Education: Completed professional training/degree in Nursing. Experience in geriatric care is a significant advantage.
• ​Language: Proficiency in German (minimum B1 certificate required, B2 preferred).
• ​Mindset: An empathetic, open-minded individual who thrives in multi-disciplinary teams.
• ​Skills: Strong organizational abilities, conflict management skills, and a commitment to economic efficiency in care.
