About the Opportunity

Avvale GmbH is expanding its SAP consulting team in Germany and is looking for a motivated SAP FI/CO Consultant (m/f/d) to support digital transformation projects in finance and controlling environments.

This role offers the chance to work on innovative SAP initiatives, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to modern enterprise transformation projects focused on SAP ERP and S/4HANA technologies.

Your Responsibilities

SAP Finance & Controlling Projects

  • Support SAP FI/CO implementation and optimization projects for clients across different industries
    Participate in digital finance transformation initiatives and SAP modernization programs
    Assist in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions
    Work on project activities throughout the entire lifecycle, from analysis to deployment

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Cooperate closely with finance departments and business stakeholders
    Contribute to workshops, solution discussions, and process improvement initiatives
    Coordinate with international project teams in multilingual environments
    Support end users during implementation and rollout phases

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare project documentation, process descriptions, and user training materials
    Help ensure long-term adoption and sustainable integration of SAP solutions
    Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and best practices in finance transformation

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
    Understanding of finance and controlling business processes
    Experience with SAP Finance (FI) and/or SAP Controlling (CO) modules
    Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
    Fluent German and strong English language abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects
    Experience participating in IT consulting or enterprise implementation projects
    Ability to manage tasks independently in dynamic project environments
    Willingness to travel when required for client engagements
