The Role

Nailscamp is looking for a creative and motivated (Junior) Influencer & Content Marketing Manager to help grow its online presence and strengthen community engagement across social media platforms.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty trends, digital storytelling, influencer collaborations, and visual content creation. You will work closely with the social media team while contributing your own creative ideas and helping shape the future of the Proglow brand in Germany.
Whether planning influencer campaigns, producing engaging TikTok content, or supporting creative shoots, your work will directly impact brand growth and audience engagement.

Your Responsibilities

Influencer & Community Management

  • Manage communication and collaboration with influencers and content creators
  • Coordinate partnerships from initial outreach to final campaign delivery
  • Build and maintain positive long-term influencer relationships

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and branded content
  • Produce engaging visual and video content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Participate in content shoots and occasionally appear in front of the camera for authentic brand storytelling
  • Support the growth and management of dedicated social media channels

E-Commerce & Creative Support

  • Assist in optimizing the German online store experience
  • Support visual editing tasks including basic retouching and image composition
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, and creative projects

Candidate Profile

Required Skills

  • Native-level German language skills with strong written communication abilities
  • Confident English communication skills
  • Strong creativity and a natural sense for aesthetics and visual trends
  • Interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle content creation
  • Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment

Preferred Experience

  • Initial experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content production
  • Familiarity with gel nails, Shellac, or nail beauty products is a plus
  • Basic editing or visual content design skills
