The Opportunity

The company is looking for a creative and strategically minded Social Media & Marketing Manager to strengthen its brand visibility and digital communication activities.

In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s social media presence, marketing campaigns, and online communication strategy. Your work will help position the brand more clearly in the market while driving engagement, visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage and expand the company’s social media channels across multiple platforms
    Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to different audiences and formats
    Develop creative communication concepts that strengthen brand visibility and engagement

Campaign & Digital Marketing

  • Design and manage online marketing campaigns, including Meta advertising initiatives
    Support the creation of website content, landing pages, presentations, and marketing materials
    Collaborate with management and internal teams to align marketing activities with company goals

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
    Analyze KPIs such as reach, interactions, and lead generation results
    Prepare reports and recommend improvements based on performance insights

Innovation & Growth

  • Test new content formats, digital tools, and marketing approaches
    Explore AI-powered solutions and modern technologies to improve marketing efficiency
    Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen the company’s public image and communication strategy

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in social media management, marketing, or digital campaign management
    Understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation
    Experience working with KPIs, analytics tools, and digital reporting
    Strong communication skills and a good understanding of target audiences and branding
    Structured and independent working style with attention to quality

Preferred Background

  • Openness to AI tools, automation, and modern digital workflows
    Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
    Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking
