About the Role

Cheftresor is looking for a motivated Business Developer who enjoys combining marketing, sales, content creation, and growth strategy in a fast-moving digital environment.

This role goes far beyond traditional business development. You will actively contribute to building and scaling growth initiatives across the full customer journey — from brand awareness and lead generation to sales conversations and customer acquisition.

The position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, testing campaigns, creating content, and driving measurable business impact.

Your Responsibilities

Growth & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth initiatives across digital channels
    Create and optimize customer acquisition strategies for different target groups
    Test marketing concepts, messaging approaches, and conversion strategies

Content & Creative Production

  • Plan, record, and edit short-form video content and promotional materials
    Design advertising creatives, thumbnails, and social media assets
    Develop engaging content concepts for marketing campaigns and online platforms

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
    Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better conversion results
    Generate and qualify leads through both inbound and outbound activities

CRM & Automation

  • Maintain and optimize CRM workflows and sales pipelines
    Support marketing automation using tools such as Zapier or Make
    Track events, conversions, and campaign performance using analytics tools

Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct outreach activities via email and LinkedIn
    Support lead qualification, proposal preparation, and follow-up communication
    Participate in closing conversations and customer relationship development

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign and sales performance data
    Conduct win/loss analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
    Manage budgets and evaluate ROI across marketing and acquisition activities

Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing marketing, creative, or business development work
    Experience with video editing and a good understanding of visual communication
    Familiarity with campaign setup and optimization in advertising platforms
    Understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer acquisition strategies
    Strong communication skills and confidence in outreach and sales conversations
