About Us
We are a newly opened Indian restaurant in the heart of Roermond, dedicated to sharing genuine Indian flavors with our guests. To help us build our reputation for excellent cuisine, we’re looking for a talented Indian Chef with a passion for authentic cooking, especially Hyderabadi dishes.
Your Role
As our Head Chef, you will:
- Prepare a wide range of authentic Indian recipes, including Hyderabadi biryani, haleem, curries, and more
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Oversee kitchen inventory and keep ingredients fresh and well-stocked
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Help design seasonal menus and specials
- Make sure all kitchen activities comply with Dutch food safety rules
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as an Indian chef (experience with Hyderabadi cuisine is a big plus)
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, traditional cooking methods, and regional recipes
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Fluent in English or Hindi
- EU work permit or willingness to relocate to the Netherlands (visa sponsorship available for strong candidates)
