Key Responsibilities
As a general care nurse, your primary duties will include:
- Promoting the health, independence, and quality of life of each resident
- Ensuring comfort and emotional well-being in a respectful and dignified manner
- Supporting the continuity and coordination of care across the nursing team
- Conducting comprehensive handovers and collaborating effectively with colleagues
Work Schedule
- You will work 12-hour shifts, including a 2-hour break, alternating weekly between:
- 3 working days one week
- 4 working days the next week
This schedule supports a healthy work-life balance while maintaining high standards of resident care.
