About Us
Rankin Park is a vibrant restaurant in the heart of Esbjerg, known for its cozy atmosphere, unique small dishes, and love of shared dining. Over the past three years, we’ve carefully developed a concept that celebrates quality over quantity. We focus on flavor, seasonality, and the joy of sharing a great meal in good company.

We’re proud to offer food made from scratch using fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our mission is simple: to serve something you can’t find anywhere else in town.

The Role
As our restaurant continues to grow, we’re looking for a full-time chef to join our kitchen team — someone who can bring energy, innovation, and dedication to their craft. You’ll help create the dishes our guests love, while also contributing your own ideas to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday, typically from 9:00 to 21:00. Very occasional Sundays.

  • Has kitchen experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting
  • Loves working with wholesome, made-from-scratch food
  • Is self-driven, quick on their feet, and takes initiative
  • Holds high standards and takes pride in their work
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Brings creativity and passion to the kitchen
  • Offers thoughtful menu ideas aligned with our sustainable, organic philosophy
  • Understands food cost, portion control, and reducing waste
  • Works well in a team, supports colleagues, and shares our positive spirit
  • Stays organized and focused, even when things get hectic
  • Thrives on collaboration and enjoys being part of a fun, close-knit team
