Who Are We?
E&P Reisen und Events GmbH is a leading tour operator specializing in winter sports trips, group travel, events, and incentive travel. Every year, over 27,000 guests travel with us, mostly staying in our own sports clubs and group houses. Under the motto “Lots of snow for a few flakes,” we offer our target group of 18-35-year-olds unforgettable trips to top ski resorts in the Alps.
Our team in Cologne consists of around 45 permanent employees, supported by up to 90 seasonal staff in our destinations during the winter season.
Your Tasks (depending on the job profile):
House Manager:
- Oversee our sports clubs
- Organize and lead the team
- Ensure smooth travel operations on-site
Cook:
- Responsible for preparing meals and managing the inventory
- Plan and handle orders
- Lead the service team in the kitchen
Allrounder:
- Perform maintenance and repair work
- Manage drinks and inventory orders
- Assist with equipment rentals
- Support the service team
Materials/Rental:
- Organize and manage rentals
- Regularly maintain rental equipment
- Coordinate and transport rental materials
Service Team:
- Support in the kitchen
- Housekeeping
- Assist service and house management
What You Bring:
- A passion for working with people and a strong customer service focus
- Team spirit, responsibility, and flexibility
- Solution-oriented, assertive, and self-initiative
- Depending on the position: experience in large kitchens, with rental equipment, or in leadership
- Class B driver’s license (for material and allrounder roles)
- Very good German language skills
