Now Hiring: Head Waiter/Waitress – Lead Service at Our Slope-Side Restaurants
We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Head Waiter/Waitress to oversee the daily front-of-house operations at our popular slope-side restaurants, Toppstugan and Café Kåvan.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth service flow, coordinating the team, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. You’ll also be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and contributing to the ongoing development of our food and beverage offering.
What We’re Looking For
You should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant service, with some of those in a supervisory or head waiter role
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a deep interest in the restaurant industry as a whole
- The ability to provide adaptable, high-quality service in a dynamic environment
- A leadership mindset with a desire to improve service standards and daily operations
You’ll work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager, who will support you in your role and help you succeed as a team leader.
