​Your Role and Responsibilities

​As a caregiver in a private setting, you will provide high-quality educational support and daily care tailored to the family’s needs. Key tasks include:

​What You Bring to the Table

• ​Qualifications: Training as a Nanny, Early Childhood Educator, or Childminder is highly preferred.
• ​Language: German language proficiency is required for these positions.

• ​Requirements: A valid Class B driver’s license is a significant advantage.
