Position Overview:

Wongs Restaurant is seeking motivated and enthusiastic part-time waitstaff to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience, and working effectively during our busiest hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to guests.
• Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, especially during weekends.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluency in Norwegian (B1 level preferred) or English.
• Learn about Norwegian language requirements for foreigners from the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not required. A natural interest in learning and developing your skills is highly valued.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including busy periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a structured and efficient work style under pressure.
