What Will Your Day Look Like?

  • Communicating with existing customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality, professional service
  • Providing accurate, timely updates on shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics inquiries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues that arise during cargo transportation
  • Keeping customer records up to date and ensuring information accuracy
  • Assisting with administrative tasks like data entry and document management
  • Utilizing internal and customer-facing systems to support logistics operations

What Are We Looking For?

  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to quickly adapt and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and a diligent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude
  • Capacity to handle large volumes of information efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Higher education qualification

Compensation
The base monthly salary ranges from €1,770 to €2,210 (before tax), depending on your experience, skills, and fit for the role.
