Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) is a leading independent school group in Sweden, renowned for achieving academic results well above the national average and for fostering a dynamic, diverse workplace. Internationella Engelska Skolan in Staffanstorp opened in 2022 and serves students in grades F–9. The school welcomes nearly 600 students and employs around 70 staff members. We are a bilingual English–Swedish school that follows the Swedish national curriculum.

We are seeking a licensed school nurse to join our Student Health Team and help make a positive difference in our students’ everyday lives. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with a clear pedagogical approach.

Your Responsibilities
As a school nurse, you will collaborate with the Student Health Team and other school staff to promote health, prevent illness, and support students in achieving their educational goals in an environment that fosters well-being and learning.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting health assessments and individual health dialogues
- Running open reception hours
- Coordinating with the school physician
- Administering vaccinations
- Leading preventative health initiatives

- You are confident making decisions and can proactively address situations as they arise.
- You have excellent collaboration skills.
- You communicate clearly in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- You have strong digital literacy.

Preferred Qualifications
Additional training as a district nurse, paediatric nurse, or school nurse is highly desirable.
Previous experience as a school nurse or similar roles working with children and young people is an advantage.

- Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period (75–100% workload)
- Contract Type: Holiday employment
- Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement
- Collective Agreement: Yes
