Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (German & English)

Location:
Berlin, Germany

Working Hours:
30 hours per week (other working hour arrangements available upon request)

About Us:
VSB Visa Service UG is a dynamic company specialising in supporting clients with visa applications, as well as the legalisation of documents and certificates. To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative with excellent German and English skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support and advice to customers in German and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to enquiries regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and related topics
  • Process customer requests and collaborate closely with other departments to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Your Profile:

  • Excellent spoken and written German and English (C1 level)
  • Additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential
