UI/UX Designer – Web & Mobile Applications
Location: Netherlands
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to help organise and create user interface and user experience designs for our large-scale web services and smartphone applications.
This role offers the chance to work on impactful designs seen by thousands of users, in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and improve UI/UX for web platforms and mobile apps
- Create banners, landing pages, and other digital assets
- Contribute to design concepts with a strong awareness of user perspectives
- Optimise design elements to improve click-through rates and conversion rates
- Ensure responsive design using HTML and CSS
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of practical experience in UI/UX design
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work (submission required)
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch
- Experience designing banners and landing pages
- Understanding of coding for responsive design (HTML and CSS)
- Experience optimising websites and apps for better user engagement
Personal Qualities:
- Strong interest in creating designs that reach and engage many users
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
- An eye for detail and a focus on measurable impact in web design
Other Requirements:
- Basic Japanese language skills
- Valid Dutch work and residence permit
