Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze legacy HCM data structures and other relevant data sources to identify in-scope elements for migration
  • Develop transformation logic to map source data to the SuccessFactors data model
  • Code extraction and transformation routines using ABAP
  • Prepare and maintain data migration templates and conversion scripts
  • Execute test migrations and support defect resolution during testing cycles
  • Support data cleansing, enrichment, and validation efforts in coordination with business stakeholders
  • Validate migrated data for completeness and accuracy against source systems
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and data owners to align data requirements
  • Support cutover planning, final data loads, and go-live activities
  • Optimize ABAP-based extraction and transformation routines for HCM to SuccessFactors migration
  • Align data mapping and transformation rules with SuccessFactors functional consultants
  • Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisors

Your Profile:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of SAP HCM knowledge (data structures & infotypes)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Excel-based data analysis (including Power Query, Pivot Tables)
  • Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to detect data inconsistencies
  • Experience in data mapping, transformation, and validation
  • Familiarity with data migration tools or ETL processes
  • Skilled in documenting and analyzing field-level data mappings
  • Proficient in English; German is a plus
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Reliable, quality-driven, and takes ownership of tasks
  • Team player with intercultural communication abilities
  • Works well under pressure during critical project phases
  • Adaptable, flexible, and customer-oriented
