Your Role: The Bridge Between Engineering and Purchasing
As a Work Planner, you’ll play a vital role in connecting the Engineering and Purchasing departments. Your day-to-day work ensures our production processes run smoothly and accurately. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating new articles based on technical input from engineers
- Reviewing full machine content with a keen eye for technical detail
- Ensuring flawless processing of administrative data
- Registering working hours in our ERP system (MS Dynamics 365) to support accurate production planning
- Acting as the go-to person for article-related questions from production and supply chain teams
- Facilitating communication between departments with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a dynamic and technically inclined professional who thrives in a team setting. Do you recognize yourself in the profile below?
- Educational background: Technical diploma or relevant experience in mechanical engineering
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch (B2) and English (B1)
Skills:
- Communicative, accurate, and proactive

- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- Critical thinker who takes initiative and follows through
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage
- A valid Category B driving licence is required
