Your Role Purpose

In this position, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle and act as a key partner to internal departments. Your mission is to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified talent that strengthens the long-term growth of the organisation.

Every hiring decision, candidate experience, and process improvement you deliver contributes directly to business performance and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Act as the primary contact for departments regarding hiring needs
    Manage the complete recruitment process from job intake to contract signing
    Ensure efficient and high-quality candidate selection

Hiring Quality & Talent Fit

  • Focus on sustainable hiring outcomes and successful probation periods
    Apply structured recruiting methods and selection standards
    Support long-term employee retention through better hiring decisions

Strategic Decision Support

  • Prepare candidate recommendations in coordination with department leaders
    Contribute to hiring decisions within defined budget frameworks
    Ensure alignment between recruitment outcomes and business needs

Process Development & Tools

  • Improve and optimise recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies
    Administer and develop recruitment tools (e.g. ATS systems like Recruitee)
    Introduce data-driven improvements to hiring processes

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track recruitment performance and key hiring metrics
    Create reports and insights for management decision-making
    Support transparency and cost control in talent acquisition activities

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
    Strong understanding of data-driven and KPI-based recruiting approaches
    Familiarity with modern recruitment frameworks (e.g. scale-up hiring, top grading methods)
    Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
    Basic knowledge of German labour law and data protection regulations
    Strong analytical thinking and structured working style
    High level of independence and accountability
    Willingness to learn new tools and improve processes
    Fluent German (C1 or higher)
