Role Overview
Visa is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts within the Affluent consumer segment across Europe. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial strategy, focusing on high-value customer experiences and premium financial solutions.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that elevate Visa’s “Infinite” affluent proposition, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and product roadmaps.
This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening Visa’s positioning in the premium payments market.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Act as the main marketing partner to product and business teams for affluent segment initiatives
Align marketing strategy with product development and European market priorities
Support execution of Visa’s premium segment growth and revenue objectives
Campaign & Programme Management
- Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes across Europe
Coordinate execution across global, regional, and country-level teams
Ensure consistent brand positioning across B2B and B2C audiences
Go-To-Market Execution
- Translate product strategy into actionable marketing roadmaps
Support the launch and scaling of new affluent product propositions
Ensure seamless integration between product lifecycle stages and marketing activities
Data & Insights
- Use analytics and consumer insights to shape marketing decisions
Identify behavioural trends within affluent customer segments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions and customer experience frameworks

Required Skills & Experience
Professional Background
- Proven experience in marketing within financial services, luxury, or premium consumer sectors
Demonstrated success in managing regional or multi-country campaigns across Europe
Strong understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategies
Core Competencies
- Expertise in integrated marketing across digital, brand, and partnership channels
Strong project and programme management skills across multiple stakeholders
Ability to translate data insights into strategic marketing actions
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, marketing, and corporate functions
Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are an advantage
