Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Functional Consultant to support and lead full-cycle ERP finance implementations across global client environments.
This role focuses on delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial solutions, with strong emphasis on accounting configuration, finance transformation, system integration, and post-implementation support.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and demonstrate the ability to work with international (US and EU) stakeholders in complex ERP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Fusion FAH implementations including:
Business requirements gathering
Solution design and system configuration
Functional testing and validation
Deployment and go-live support
Business & Finance Alignment
Collaborate closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
Ensure configurations align with accounting standards and organisational policies
Functional Design & Documentation
Develop detailed functional specifications for:
- Custom reports
Interfaces
Extensions and enhancements
Maintain high-quality documentation for system processes and configurations
Data Migration & System Integrity
- Support data migration activities ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
Validate data mapping and reconciliation across legacy and Oracle systems
Testing & Training
- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Deliver training sessions and create user manuals and support documentation
Post-Go-Live Support
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Recommend system enhancements and Oracle best practice improvements
Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor junior consultants
Promote best practices in Oracle Fusion implementation methodologies
Global Collaboration
- Work closely with US and EU-based clients across distributed teams
Ensure clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Operate effectively in multi-country ERP environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations
Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud FAH implementations
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles
Experience with:
- Security roles and data access configuration
ERP change management processes
Global ERP deployment environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to document complex functional solutions clearly
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to US/EU client environments
Experience in large enterprise ERP transformation projects
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud updates and roadmap evolution
Ability to work under tight timelines in dynamic delivery environments
