About the Role

Skeleton Technologies is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing People team. This role plays a key part in shaping how we attract, select, and onboard talent across the organisation.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also contributing to employer branding, process improvement, and cross-functional HR initiatives. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, international, and innovation-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full Recruitment Cycle Ownership

You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and guide them through the entire hiring process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions
    Advertise roles across multiple channels and sourcing platforms
    Identify and approach suitable candidates using modern sourcing methods
    Conduct structured screening and interviews
    Evaluate candidates using competency-based and behavioural methods
    Support final selection and hiring decisions

Offer Management & Negotiation

  • Lead salary and contract discussions with candidates
    Ensure fair and competitive offer structures aligned with business needs
    Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Onboarding & HR Coordination

You will support a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and People teams
    Input employee data into HR systems (HRIS)
    Support payroll and IT onboarding requirements (equipment, access, setup)
    Ensure a seamless start for new hires

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Contribute to employer branding campaigns and initiatives
    Work with marketing and HR teams on recruitment communications
    Represent the company at job fairs and talent events
    Strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Support improvements in recruitment processes and tools (ATS, assessment methods, etc.)
    Use data and feedback to enhance hiring efficiency
    Participate in HR transformation and digitalisation projects

Relocation Support

  • Assist with relocation processes for international hires
    Support immigration documentation and coordination with authorities
    Provide guidance on administrative requirements

What You Bring

Experience & Background

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring)
    Strong exposure to technical, engineering, or technology recruitment
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
    Experience supporting international relocation processes is a strong advantage

    Analytical mindset with good judgement of character
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Education

  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field
