About the Role
Distribusion Technologies is looking for a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager for the MENA region to strengthen and scale relationships with key transport partners.
This is a hybrid role combining technical integration expertise, commercial partnership management, and strategic growth execution. You will act as a key link between transport operators and Distribusion’s global travel distribution platform.
The company is building one of the world’s largest ground transportation networks, connecting bus, rail, and ferry providers with major platforms such as Google Maps and Booking.com.

What You Will Be Doing
Technical Partner Integration & Support
You will guide new and existing partners through technical onboarding and integration processes.
- Support carriers during API integration and certification
Ensure technical standards and compliance requirements are met
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth deployment
Act as the technical advisor for strategic transport partners

Partnership Growth & Account Development
You will manage and grow a portfolio of key transport operators in the MENA region.
- Build and maintain strong long-term partner relationships
Identify opportunities for commercial and technical growth
Drive adoption and deeper usage of Distribusion’s platform
Improve partner engagement and platform “stickiness”
Cross-Functional Project Delivery
You will collaborate across multiple internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Finance teams
Align partner needs with internal roadmap priorities
Coordinate joint initiatives to improve performance and efficiency

Process Automation & Operational Improvement
You will help improve internal systems and partner workflows.
- Design and implement automated operational processes
Contribute to tooling and system improvements
Help streamline integration and onboarding pipelines
Improve efficiency across partner operations
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyse partner performance and identify improvement areas
Use data insights to guide commercial and technical strategy
Support decision-making with clear analytical reasoning
What You Bring
Experience
- 5+ years in fast-paced environments (tech, consulting, product, or partnerships)
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical platforms
Background in managing enterprise or strategic partnerships
Experience in cross-functional project delivery

Language Skills
- Fluent Arabic (essential for MENA region engagement)
Strong English communication skills
EU multilingual policy context
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Understanding of APIs and integration technologies
Strong ability to quickly learn technical systems
Data analysis skills to support business decisions
High attention to detail (including debugging and issue detection)
