Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Project Manager focused on Latin American partnerships, you will lead high-impact technical integration projects that connect Distribusion’s platform with external travel partners.
You will act as the main coordination point between partner organisations and internal teams across engineering, product, and operations, ensuring smooth delivery of complex API-driven integrations and e-commerce solutions.
This role combines technical understanding, stakeholder management, and strategic delivery leadership within a rapidly scaling global travel tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex API and platform integration projects
Manage pre-sales technical discussions with partners
Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders in Latin America
Ensure successful onboarding and integration of transport partners
Technical Coordination
- Translate technical requirements between engineering and business teams
Oversee API integration workflows and system architecture alignment
Support solution design for scalable e-commerce and mobility platforms
Product & Process Development
- Define and refine rollout frameworks for standardised product offerings
Capture market insights from Latin American partners
Feed operational and customer feedback into product development cycles
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams
Align internal delivery processes with partner expectations
Ensure consistency across global implementation standards
About You
You are an experienced technical project leader who thrives in fast-moving, international environments.
You bring:
- 4+ years in technical project management or solution delivery
Experience in consulting, SaaS, travel tech, or high-growth environments
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and technical architecture concepts
Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
Strong ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity
Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Willingness to travel across Latin America for business needs
