Identify and map key stakeholders across ministries, defence agencies, procurement bodies, and institutional partners
Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior government officials, defence leaders, and policy influencers
Present and promote LEO satellite connectivity solutions for secure and mission-critical communications
Track developments in defence procurement programs, regulatory frameworks, and geopolitical trends
Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to align solutions with national and operational needs
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical requirements, and policy considerations
Provide strategic input for executive reporting, account planning, and regional growth initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in government sales, strategic business development, defence technology, or institutional relations
Strong understanding of defence and public-sector ecosystems in Northern Europe or Nordic regions
Proven track record of managing long-cycle, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience working with telecommunications, satellite systems, secure connectivity, or critical infrastructure technologies
Ability to communicate effectively at executive and policy-making levels
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in sensitive, regulated, and geopolitically relevant environments
Fluent in English; additional Nordic or regional languages are an advantage
Defence or military background is considered a strong asset

What’s Offered

  • Competitive senior-level compensation package
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge satellite and space communication technologies
Direct exposure to government, defence, and institutional decision-makers across Northern Europe
International travel across strategic markets and defence ecosystems
