About the Role

The Senior Mobility Specialist will join Remote’s Global Mobility function, which supports international employee movement, immigration compliance, and cross-border employment solutions.

This role sits within the Mobility team, responsible for ensuring employees can move and work legally across jurisdictions while maintaining compliance with local immigration and labour laws.

You will play a key role in shaping global mobility processes, improving compliance systems, and supporting large-scale international workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Immigration & Mobility Management

Compliance & Advisory

  • Deliver strategic immigration compliance advice to clients and stakeholders
    Monitor regulatory changes and update internal documentation accordingly
    Ensure all mobility processes meet legal and operational standards

Operations & Delivery

  • Monitor dashboards, workflows, and SLAs to ensure timely case resolution
    Oversee documentation quality and compliance reporting
    Support large-scale mobility and relocation projects

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators
    Support training development and knowledge sharing
    Contribute to process improvements and service optimisation

About You

You are an experienced professional in immigration, global mobility, or international compliance.

You bring:

  • Strong experience in immigration compliance or global mobility operations
    Deep understanding of visa/work permit processes and regulatory frameworks
    Ability to manage complex cases in fast-paced environments
    Strong communication skills in English (additional languages beneficial)
    Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth international environments (preferred)
    Comfort working fully remotely and asynchronously

You are analytical, structured, and confident in handling senior-level escalations.
