Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of key platform components and help shape scalable, high-impact software used in healthcare operations.
This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring someone comfortable working across the entire technology stack while contributing to architecture, product development, and system scaling.
You will be part of a focused engineering team in Berlin, responsible for evolving two core products with a strong emphasis on workflow automation, performance, and data-driven features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications and features
Build and maintain high-quality software using modern engineering practices
Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery from concept to production
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Care teams to deliver user-focused solutions
Solve complex technical challenges with a focus on performance and reliability
Improve system architecture and contribute to long-term technical strategy
Work in an agile environment with rapid iteration and continuous deployment
Technology Environment
You will work with a modern stack including:
- Node.js
TypeScript
Vue.js
PostgreSQL
Redis
REST APIs
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in production environments
Solid expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js
Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Comfortable working with sensitive or regulated data environments (healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
Fluent English required; German is beneficial but not mandatory
Passion for building scalable and impactful software products
